Christian Mokbel

CEO / Founder

As a software engineer and owner of an ophthalmic lab in the 2000s, Christian imagined a way to diminish the number of errors flowing from clients to the labs. In 2005, WINK was founded as a supply chain management program that enabled direct ordering of lenses to his lab without fax or phone. The rest is history.

Today WINK is a leading Practice Management Software that integrates with the most popular labs. Since the beginning Christian has devoted his professional life in making WINK a company with a strong footprint without losing the entrepreneurial spirit which has become part of WINK’s employee culture!

Sabrina Isadore

HR & Communications Director

Sabrina Isidore is the Head of our HR department and the inspiration for many of our HR initiatives. Sabrina started her relationship with WINK by working as an HR Consultant focusing on recruitment. The relationship was a success, so she soon decided to join WINK herself. As Sabrina believed in our mission and products, the decision was an easy one.

Sabrina’s curiosity about people and how the human brain works led her to studies in Psychology. This fed her passion for HR and for creating winning cultures. Her goal is to become a strong ambassador for a WINKtastic culture that fosters inclusion, inspiration and innovation.

Cliff Lin

Marketing Director

Cliff is a resourceful marketing professional with a decade of experience under his belt. After graduating with his business degree concentrating on marketing, Cliff worked for a variety of companies, ranging from advertising agencies and auto groups to SaaS technology.

In 2020, Cliff enrolled in the MBA program at McGill University and moved from Vancouver to Montreal. He was intrigued by the ingenuity of WINK products and its culture, so in 2022 he decided to join WINK. Holding the position of Marketing Director, he will be able to promote the benefits of WINK software to new customers and increase user adoption

Souchinda Soeung

Product Owner

Souchinda’s atypical journey started in 2007 when she worked as a licensed optician for an Optometrist. Over 10 years, she ensured customers got exceptional customer service and the best experience possible at her clinic which led to her promotion as manager.

In 2018, the corporation for which she worked switched software and opted for WINK. After being trained by Ivan Schafier, Souchinda decided to join WINK and soon demonstrated her abilities and value by submitting all the requests for improvement from various clients. She was recently promoted to Product Manager and is a strong asset in the development of all new WINK features by providing guidance and prioritization to the WINK dev team!

Romain Legagneux

Support Manager

Romain is also a licensed optician from France who came to Canada to practice his profession. Having held a managerial position at one of the largest corporations in Canada, he understood the importance of customer service for any company wanting to grow.

In 2019, wanting a change from the retail environment, Romain joined WINK as a software specialist, providing customer support to all WINK clients. He was recently promoted to manager of the support team and is now assisting new agents as they help the WINK client base operate easier, smoother and smarter!

Wais Khedri

Engineering Director

After graduating as a software engineer in 2014, Wais started working for large companies as a developer but wanted the experience of working for a start-up. Wais soon joined WINK and offered a new vision on what was possible at WINK.

Working closely with Quentin, he developed WINKweb and WINKoms. To improve WINK’s competitive edge, Wais helped with its integration with other software, labs and stakeholders in the industry. Wais has an impressive understanding of the whole Optical industry which led him to develop technical solutions to problems that have been present for too long! As the director of engineering, he works closely with Ivan to provide guidance in technical projects.

Antoine Chauvet

Implementation Manager

An Optician for more than 14 years, Antoine has held many roles ranging from sales staff to laboratory manager and finally as a store director. Eager for a new challenge, Antoine joined WINK and he was not disappointed.

As customer experience and success have always been a priority in his work, part of Antoine’s responsibilities at WINK is to ensure that the customer onboarding process allows clients to fly high and achieve new heights. WINK’s mission is to help grow business above its current potential and Antoine embraces that goal.
